Happy Holidays!

Greetings Customers;

It's hard to believe that Thanksgiving is almost here. I think Spring is confused. I know I sure am. I am pretty sure I can mow my grass til December if the weather holds out. I wanted to give you all a jump on the holidays and offer a sale.

For the month of November and December there will be a 5% off total sales. The more you spend the more you save.

I also paln to get more spices and season mixes in the shop soon. This will be great for hunters and for those who still butcher their own meats.We still carry on that tradition in our family, and are always needing spices for the sausage we create. It will also add to spicing up your holiday dinners. As soon as I recieve them in the shop I will let everyone know.

There was a notice that hop prices will be going down soon. So for the month of December I will offer all hops buy one get one free of same or lesser value. This will help me clean out the hop supply for the year, and get ready for the new ones that will be offered.This will only apply to whats in the shop, and not special orders. So come get them soon as December hits. A stocking full of hops would be appreciated by all beer makers.

I will post a new blog soon and would like for all those who have taken my classes on wine making to please read it. It will be about racking wines and finishing them.There are new products available, and also a correction to some information I gave you in the class. Please read and make adjustments to how you handle your wines.There are always new ideas and ways to make wines. I learn something new every year I am open, and there are a lot of right ways to do the process.

I hope everyone enjoys the season. It's the little things that make a memory. We all don't have to spend a lot of money to get what's important in life. Family, Friends, a good glass of home made wine or beer, with a shared moment in time. A prayer, and faith that times will get better, is what I want to share with all of you. I have enjoyed seeing all my customers and have learned so much from all of you. I am looking forward to the new year with anticipation and hopefullness. So I will leave you with the real reason for the season.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

and a Happy New Year!

Cheers!
