Greetings Customers,
This is an extra news letter to let you know about scheduled classes.
Dog days are here, so if some of us can rise above the water levels of the recent down-pours we have been having then mabe we can get in the garden again. I find myself pearless. I am not sure what happpened to all the pears on my tree, but they have seem to dissappear. So with that note, we will make tomato chutney instead of pear for our up-coming class. My garden and grapes have not done so well with all this rain, but the insects have had a grand time! I hope your garden is doing better then mine.
There will be a jelly making class August 15th 9 to 11:30.A canning class will follow from 2 to 4pm for those who are interested.
